Rise of Varsity League (ROVL) is the official national qualifying tournament for university esports in Myanmar, authorized by the Myanmar Electronic Sports Federation (MESF). It serves as the entry point into the Varsity League system across three regions: Yangon, Private, and Others. Organized under the University Esports Network (UEN), ROVL determines initial placements of university teams into Varsity League Division 1 and Division 2.
